BEGIN

Begin with a conversation.

An open, honest conversation about what has brought you here, what you are navigating, and whether working together feels right.

You can expect genuine curiosity, thoughtful questions, clear information, and candor about what coaching can and cannot provide. There is no pressure to proceed.

CHOOSE YOUR STARTING PLACE

What is the primary reason you are here?

PROFESSIONALS

Career or leadership is the primary question.

Career building, growth, change, professional positioning, entrepreneurship, or independently purchased leadership coaching.

ORGANIZATIONS

An organization is sponsoring the work.

Leadership development, organization-sponsored leadership coaching, or a conversation about supporting one or several leaders.

INDIVIDUALS

Personal or whole-life change is the primary question.

Confidence, balance, relationships, life pivots, life after achievement, perceived mistakes, or choosing what comes next.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

A thoughtful process centered on understanding and fit.

Share

Begin with a short, welcoming introduction. It is not an application or a test. It helps me understand what has brought you here, the support you are seeking, and whether your needs appear to be within the scope of my coaching.

Review

I review each inquiry personally. If coaching appears to be an appropriate next step, I will invite you to schedule an Introductory Conversation. If I need clarification or believe another kind of support may be more appropriate, I will respond and let you know what comes next.

Connect

We will talk about what you are navigating, what matters most to you now, how coaching may support you, and which pathway may be the best fit. You will have space to ask questions and experience what it feels like to talk with me.

Decide

Fit is mutual. If we both believe working together makes sense, I will explain the next steps clearly. If the answer is no or not yet, you will leave with an honest understanding of the decision and what may be most appropriate from here.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

A welcoming, candid conversation.

A conversation centered on understanding your situation

Thoughtful questions and genuine curiosity

Clear answers about coaching, approach, investment, and next steps

An honest assessment of scope, readiness, and mutual fit

No manufactured urgency, pressure, or expectation that you decide during the call

WHAT THE CONVERSATION IS NOT

It is not a complimentary coaching session.

The Introductory Conversation helps us understand the situation and determine mutual fit. Its purpose is to decide responsibly whether a coaching relationship should begin.

IF WE DECIDE TO WORK TOGETHER

Every next step will be clear.

You will first receive a personal welcome from me. Then you will complete the coaching agreement, payment or first installment, scheduling, and the appropriate intake process. You will not be asked to repeat information you have already shared.
