ELEVEN ELEVEN COACHING
Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 4, 2026

Eleven Eleven Coaching, LLC ("Eleven Eleven Coaching," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information through elevenelevencoaching.com (the "Website") and related online forms, scheduling tools, communications, and services.

This Privacy Policy does not replace the confidentiality, privacy, or information-sharing provisions in a signed coaching, consulting, or organization-sponsored services agreement. If a signed agreement provides greater protection for engagement information, that agreement will govern that information.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Website and through related online interactions with Eleven Eleven Coaching, including inquiries, scheduling, onboarding, service administration, and communications. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that operate under their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to provide when you visit the Website, submit an inquiry, complete a form, schedule a conversation, communicate with us, or participate in services. Depending on your interaction, this may include:

•       Contact and identity information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, location, and time zone.

•       Professional information, such as your job title, employer, organization, professional background, career interests, or leadership responsibilities.

•       Inquiry and coaching-interest information, including the challenge, goal, decision, transition, or question that brought you to Eleven Eleven Coaching.

•       Client administration and intake information, such as service selections, scheduling preferences, signed agreements, form responses, goals, and other information used to prepare for or administer an engagement.

•       Organization-sponsored engagement information, such as sponsor contacts, participant role information, engagement goals, and agreed administrative or alignment information.

•       Communications and content you provide in emails, forms, meetings, or other interactions.

•       Transaction information associated with purchases, invoices, or payments. Payment card information is processed by third-party payment providers. Eleven Eleven Coaching does not receive or store your complete payment card number.

•       Recordings or transcripts only when a session or meeting is recorded after notice and any consent required by law or agreement.

Some intake responses or coaching communications may contain sensitive personal information that you choose to provide. Please do not submit highly sensitive personal, medical, financial, employment, or confidential organizational information through a general website inquiry form. During an engagement, use the designated process and share only information you want Eleven Eleven Coaching to consider.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, we and service providers supporting the Website may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as:

•       Internet Protocol address.

•       Browser, device type, and operating system.

•       Pages viewed, links selected, and interactions with Website features.

•       Date and time of a visit and referring website or source.

•       Approximate geographic location derived from an Internet Protocol address.

Information received from others

We may receive personal information from a referring person, an organization sponsoring coaching, or service providers that support website hosting, forms, scheduling, client management, payment processing, accounting, analytics, email, video meetings, or other business operations. The information received depends on the relationship and how you interact with those services.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Privacy Signals

The Website and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember preferences, understand Website use, measure performance, and support embedded features. Depending on the Website's configuration, these technologies may include essential cookies and optional analytics or performance tools.

You may limit cookies through your browser settings and, when available, through the Website's cookie-preference controls. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Website function.

Other parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use third-party analytics, embedded content, social-media features, or other integrated services. The collection that occurs depends on the Website's configuration, your settings, and your interaction with those features.

Because there is not yet a uniform industry standard for responding to browser-based Do Not Track signals, the Website may not respond to those signals. Where required by applicable law, we honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

Eleven Eleven Coaching does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. When We May Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

•       Service providers that perform services on our behalf, including providers supporting website hosting, forms, scheduling, client management, payment processing, accounting, analytics, communications, video meetings, storage, security, and information technology.

•       An organization sponsor or participating organization, but only within the information-sharing boundaries described in the applicable agreements and notices.

•       Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, or consultants, when reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate obligations.

•       Government authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of our services.

•       A successor or potential successor in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, financing, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not rent personal information to third parties.

6. Organization-Sponsored Coaching

When an organization sponsors coaching, the organization may provide participant contact information, role information, engagement goals, logistics, or other agreed information. Eleven Eleven Coaching may provide the organization with information needed to administer the engagement, such as participation status, scheduling status, and other information expressly described in the applicable agreements.

Private session content, personal reflections, and detailed coaching notes are not shared with an organization sponsor without the participant's authorization, except when disclosure is required by law or permitted under the applicable agreement. Any sponsor reporting, alignment conversations, themes, or outcomes will follow the boundaries agreed with the participant and sponsor.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, evaluating fit, providing and administering services, maintaining appropriate business and financial records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations.

Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information, the relationship, contractual commitments, operational needs, legal or accounting requirements, and whether the information is needed to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we take reasonable steps to delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it. Any special retention or deletion terms for recordings will be described in the applicable recording notice, consent, or service agreement.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. These measures may include access controls, account security, encryption provided by business systems, secure service providers, and limits on who may access sensitive records. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use care when deciding what information to submit online.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. You may also have the right to receive information about how personal information is used or disclosed, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or to exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.

To submit a privacy request, email shevette@elevenelevencoaching.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Please describe the request and the information or interaction involved. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. We will respond in accordance with applicable law, subject to legal and operational exceptions.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. Service-related and transactional communications may still be sent when necessary.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may link to or use services operated by third parties, including social-media, scheduling, payment, video-meeting, and other business tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Eleven Eleven Coaching does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or content of third-party websites or services.

11. Visitors Outside the United States

Eleven Eleven Coaching is based in the United States. If you access the Website or services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate. Privacy protections in those locations may differ from those in your country. If applicable law requires additional protections for an international engagement, those protections should be addressed before services begin.

12. Children's Privacy

The Website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Website, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
